Marketplace Rules

Welcome to the Babiato EU Marketplace! Here are the guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone:

1. Eligibility: Members registered for over 15 days can purchase a sales thread to sell products or services. Learn more in our All About Sales Threads.
2. One Product Per Thread: Each sales thread is for one product or service. Closely related items may be combined with approval from @Babaiato Knight. Proof may be required.
3. Detailed Descriptions: Your sales thread must include a full description, price, validity, payment methods, guarantee, refund policies, and other relevant info.
4. No Major Changes: Once approved, paid for, and published, significant changes to your thread are not allowed without prior permission from @Babaiato Knight. Violations will result in warnings or permanent bans.
5. Prohibited Items: The following cannot be sold:
   • Nulled themes, plugins, scripts (unless approved)
   • Cracked software
   • Single product licenses from Themeforest & Codecanyon
   • Software product keys (e.g., Microsoft Office, Windows)
   • Cracked accounts (e.g., Netflix, VPN services)
   • Google products (e.g., GSuite accounts)
   • Anything obtained fraudulently or illegally
   • Items deemed unsuitable by Admin staff
6. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for sales threads are non-refundable. Chargebacks will result in permanent bans.
7. Active Participation: Sellers should be active daily. Inactivity for 4+ days will lock your thread until you return. Notify @Babaiato Knight if you'll be unavailable.
8. Unauthorized Sales: Selling without a purchased sales thread will lead to a permanent ban.
9. Thread Bumps: You may bump your thread once every 24 hours. Replies to customer queries do not count as bumps.
10. Transaction Risks: Babiato EU is not responsible for post-transaction issues. Research sellers thoroughly and use secure payment methods. Crypto is allowed but at your own risk. Scammers will be banned.
11. Free Trials and Giveaways: Offering free trials or giveaways of paid products/services requires an active sales thread.
12. Rule Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time based on incidents or situations.
