Welcome to Babiato EU Territory! To keep our community thriving, please follow these guidelines:

Language and Presentation

• English Only: Please write in English. Make your threads look professional with appropriate pictures, descriptions, and necessary information. Let's avoid kindergarten-level writing!

Earning by Sharing

• Single Layer Ads: You can use short-link generator ads, but only one layer. No sneaky second layers! Valid links only, or face a permanent ban for over-smartness.

Download Links

• Speed Matters: Don't share links that limit speed or require premium accounts. Recommended hosts: Google Drive, Upload.ee, Mega.nz, or any that don't restrict download speed.

Licenses and Premium Accounts

• Spoiler Option: Use the "Insert - Spoiler" option for sharing licenses, premium accounts, logins, purchase codes, etc. Ensure no copyright violations.

Community Conduct

• Be Nice: Treat all members and moderators with respect. No abusive or insulting language. Keep it clean!

Content Review

• Staff Review: All content may be reviewed by staff and sent to third-party verification services. Don't submit private or confidential content.

Prohibited Content

• No-Nos: Don't submit or link to defamatory, religious, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam, hacking, pirated, adult, or objectionable content. No personal info or unlawful activity. You're responsible for your content and conduct.

Content Removal

• Discretionary Actions: We may remove or modify content at any time, with or without notice. Access to forums can be terminated at our discretion.

No Spam

• Promotion-Free Zone: No promoting blogs, websites, forums, or social media. Keep posts relevant to the forum. PM spam is also prohibited.

Duplicate Content

• Search First: Avoid posting identical content. Search to see if it's already available. This rule doesn't apply to expired cookies, accounts, logins, or outdated stuff.

Third-Party Links

• Restrictions: No links to third-party sites, especially those requiring registration. This rule doesn't apply to the "site review" forum.

Duplicate Accounts

• No Cheating: Don't create duplicate accounts for extra benefits or self-promotion. Violations will result in bans.

Giveaway Rules

• Eligibility: Giveaway thread owners must limit giveaways to members registered for at least 30 days. Use hide tags for giveaway content. PMs are not acceptable for distribution.

Violation Consequences

• Warning Points: Violations result in warnings. Accumulating 10 points leads to a permanent ban. Immediate bans for new members violating rules.

Affiliate Links

• Conditions: Affiliate links are allowed if they offer genuine benefits. No ad-skip URL shorteners. Use non-payout shorteners like bitly.com for link length reduction only.

Signature and Profile

• Promotion Limits: If you don't meet marketplace requirements, don't use your signature to promote external services. Keep promotional text/banner sizes reasonable.

Search Before Requesting

• No Spoon-Feeding: We don't enjoy babysitting lazy nerds. Before making a request, search the forum first. Check the Request Structure Rule and post in the Request Sub-Forum. Silly requests may get locked, and you might receive a warning or suspension based on the level of "dumbness."

GPL Site Content

• Strictly Prohibited: Starting threads with content from GPL sites (free or paid) is not allowed. These sites can't be trusted, and most of their resources are stolen from Babiato. Violations will result in thread closure and possible instant bans.

Review Threads

• Rules for Reviews: Many users exploit the review section for backlinks and clicks. To prevent spam:
  • Account must be at least 48 hours old.
  • Introduce yourself properly in the "Introductions" section.
  • Have at least 10 messages before creating a review thread.
  • Include clear details: domain name, website duration, niche type, feedback expectations.
  • Keep thread titles clean and straightforward.
  • Inappropriate content will be removed immediately.

Request Threads

• Participation Required: Old and new users creating request threads without participating in other threads are considered "leeching rats." Follow these rules:
  • Introduce yourself in the "Introductions sub-forum."
  • Profile should be at least 2 hours old before making a request.
  • Don't have more than 2 sequential request threads.
  • Make requests clear with official source links and appropriate titles.
  • Search the forum first before making a request.

Duplicate Accounts

False Virus Claims

• No Baseless Accusations: Some users post comments claiming resources are "Virus/Malware/Trojan" without proof. If asked for evidence, they vanish. Don't abuse resources or distributors/nullers.

Understanding False Positives

• VirusTotal Alerts: Many VirusTotal engines show false positives for encrypted code. Trusted distributors/nullers claiming resources are "SAFE/Own Purchased" should be trusted. Ignore false positives unless valid proof of harmful code is provided.

Encrypted Code

• Developer Encryption: Developers often encrypt code to protect it. This is normal and should be ignored. Don't create unnecessary havoc over developer-made encryption.

Proof and Claims

• Valid Proof Required: If trusted uploaders ask you to ignore false positives, do so. Without valid proof, don't make meaningless posts. If you're overly paranoid, support developers by purchasing resources officially. False claims may lead to warnings or bans.

Prohibited Content

• No Leaked Data: Sharing/selling leaked database backups or cracked login details is strictly prohibited. Such data may contain sensitive information.

Fraudulent Activities

• No Fraudulent Scripts: Selling/sharing scripts for fraudulent activities (e.g., Ponzi schemes) is prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension.

Contact Information

• No Email Collection: Asking for email addresses/contact info for offers/giveaways/sales is forbidden. This prevents marketing/spamming. Violations will lead to thread locking and warnings.

Premium Account Sharing

• No Cookies: Sharing access to premium accounts via cookies is forbidden. Selling Netflix accounts is prohibited.

Resource Restrictions

• Password Protection: Members can password protect resources and set requirements using the hide content function. Requirements: max 3 resources shared or 30 days membership. Include the password in the resource details and first post. No PM requests for passwords.

Resource Ownership

• Proof Required: Resources must be purchased by you. Proof must be shown to @Babiato Knight on request. Charging members for resources is not allowed.

Resource Availability

• Free Access: All resources must be freely available to all members. No selective sharing within threads. Report members bypassing restrictions to staff.

Nulled Versions

• Apply Restrictions: Members sharing their own nulled versions must apply the same restrictions as the thread owner.

XenForo Support

• Policy Compliance: XenForo support policy must be maintained for users seeking help related to XenForo.

External Sharing

• No External Sharing: Sharing Babiato resources outside of Babiato will result in warnings or permanent bans.
